My Cousin Tone' returns to the Iris stage Saturday, January 19th beginning at 7:00pm. We will be featuring Andy Peruzzini on trumpet and Tim Martin on baritone and alto sax. The unique blending of these talents and instruments make for a fantastic evening of jazz. Many of you have seen Andy Peruzzini play with Trio Payazzo as well as team up with Tim Martin. Fabulous sounds and songs not to be missed.
Also joining us on stage once again will be Mary McMahon on vocals. Mary engages us with her classic renditions of jazz standards as well as with her performances on more modern standards such as Moondance and This Masqerade.
Once again we will round out this talent with Karen Ragusa on bass, Jim Matteliano on piano, Bill Basil on drums, and Tony Zambito on percussions.
The band will pull from the repretoire of Horace Silver, Herbie Hancock, and others greats to present sets of tunes that make for a special evening.
Iris is located on the corner of Maple and Sweet Home. They offer wonderful drinks and food to make it a special jazz evening out. We hope to see you there!
